Eco-Efficient Penthouse due to the Collaboration with La Casa por el Tejado
On January 15, CDB Arquitectura join in 285 Marina Street, together with La Casa por el Tejado. The rehabilitation of the existing building is carried out and new penthouses are incorporated through industrialized construction in an external ship. The main facade is solved by incorporating aluminum / wood folding slides, generating a neutral finish that contrasts with the original façade, generating a homogeneous and harmonious set. Has also been added new lobby to the reform and the incorporation of an elevator that communicates the existing plants and those of new construction.
