Big rehabilitation project with increase of volume and buildable depth of the located on Compte d’Urgell Street, nº80, in the urban area of Barcelona ​​city. It is a big rehabilitation project with increased volume and buildable depth.

While the existing entities will be reformed, a change of use of the ground floor entity will be made for housing use and the action is taken to improve the accessibility of the building with the installation of an elevator and in turn will be provided to the building of the required standards and the light and water installations will be updated to improve their efficiency. Starting from an obsolete building of 4 apartments, a new building of 11 apartments is obtained, adapted to the necessary nowadays services of a housing, as in natural lighting and energy efficiency.

Works will be carried out to repair and maintain the main façade of the Eixample neighborhood.
