This project reactivates the work of a stationary building during the crisis. It is a building of ground floor and loft, plus two floors, in addition to a garage floor.

The development consists of 6 houses, some of them duplex, with gardens and terraces.

The distributions and qualities of the project have been modified from the original project to comply the needs of an actual house and the standards of the promoter.

The work has begun in the month of July 2017 and has a planning of 8 months of execution.
