The building is located on the confluence of Pelai Street and Les Rambles Street, creating a corner of Catalunya Square.

The project covers the entire restoration of the facade, cataloged as historical in the heart of Barcelona.

The intervention develops the necessary systems for the restoration of the facade and the maximum adjustment to its original conception, outlining the quality of those materials and ornamental elements that over time and overlapping interventions had been deteriorated and / or hidden.

It highlights the recovery of various original elements that had been eliminated over time in the crowning of the façade: balustrade, floral motifs, and especially the dome-shaped temple that ends and culminates the image of the privileged corner.

This dome, installed using a crane, has been industrialized in the studio to optimize the process, expenses and time.
The temple-dome is designed with lightweight materials in order to avoid an excess of load on a metallic structure of the last century. Its construction materialized in a workshop outside the site to optimize costs and execution times.
