The project was born from the desire to convert the base of the Jofre building, characteristic and emblematic in the area, and located at the confluence of the Rúas Real and San Diego, in a leisure / restaurant establishment.

The study site consists of two clearly differentiated areas, the first of which, through which it is accessed, is a space of double height and vertical proportions. On the other hand, the rest of the spaces will be servers of this principal.

The project respects and emphasizes the large front windows to allow ventilation and interior lighting. Also, given the generous interior height of the premises a loft will be raised.

The interior design proposal is developed through the use of a small number of materials, all of them noble.
