Description
Restoration project of the façade on Montera No. 47 Street on Gran Via in Madrid. The order is based on the pathologies study and the restoration of the façade. The main objective of the project is to recover the original facade according to the documentation of the historical archive and with the criteria of the urban landscape department of the city of Madrid, cleaning up and repairing all those elements deteriorated and / or added in the course of time. The project recovers the original finishes according to the urban planning regulations and applicable buildings, CTE, other regulations and provisions at state, regional and local level.
