The project is based on the construction of a new residential building located in the neighborhood of the Vila de Gracia in Barcelona.

The building consists on a ground floor and three floors plus a basement for storerooms (1 for each apartment), with a total area of ​​537.57m2.

The complicated morphology of the site is solved with a central day zone and intern, which structures the interior distribution of the houses, facilitating cross ventilation and maximum sun exposure. The facade responds to the indications of district in regard to adaptation to the old urban nucleus, at the same time that it meets the requirements of energy efficiency and uses a contemporary language.
