The particular geometric features of the site, in an orthogonal urban grid, and the fact that this new building is intended for municipal equipment, has suggested the adoption of a proposed architectural volumetry with singular identity in relation to urban landscape that is inserted . The massive and continuous facades, rounded at the corners of the Provença street, working on this goal.
The volume of the building is adapting to the perimeter of the site, but not closed in itself, so that it forms a block interior courtyard that opens to the south, forming a covered outdoor space including a lobby which gives access to the program homes. Above this lobby terraces as an extension of the runways that serve the residential floors, opening onto the gardens of the adjoining block to Carrilet Avenue. The south facing and the proportion of this great opening of the courtyard allows indoor meeting of the residents are well lit and visually connected with the exterior.
