The project is based on the resolution of La Serreta School, of Sampedor, Manresa. The proposal is implemented in the middle level of the plot to locate the main building, with the intention of offering the best views, domain and sunlight of the school rooms, freeing, in turn, the maximum free surface of the yard. The implementation has linear nature, concentrating the PB + 1 building in the new urbanization area, maintaining the orthogonally of the urban growth plot.

The main access is located allowing the access to the common area, the children’s school area and the staircase connecting the primary classrooms. The wide access lobby relates to the vertical communications core and the administrative dependencies. From there, you can also access the Library and the AMPA (both with individualized access from outside).

The first floor includes the 6 primary classrooms with façade to the north and the complementary classrooms, stairs and toilets with a south façade (with solar protection slats).

The project releases the entire south side of the site, for the proposed extension to 2 lines, which will be carried out by connecting the classrooms level with a new perpendicular volume of two floors and which will have 6 additional classrooms. The expansion of the nursery school is carried out on the ground floor, with a linear volume parallel to the existing classrooms.
