Description
In order to emphasize the isolated condition and the vertical dimension of volume intends to try to build a very similar its four facades and create a constructive order and charged visual vertical component, from the structure of the building.
Thus, the image that is proposed comes with a desire to reconcile two objectives: the formal uniqueness as required institutional building, and economy of resources in responding to the climate control needs and lighting of a tall office building.
This raises a system that, based on the typology “tube in tube”, has a perimeter outer as a broken vertical lines formed by the succession of different inclinations to adopt the pillars on each floor. These pillars and the edges of the slabs, form a grid that takes a leading role in the formal definition of the volume.
Thus in a close approximation to the building, and the value of regular structural grid abstraction vertical distorting their own, confers the identity intended for the building. In the background, the continuous glass walls are the only material for interior cladding. With this system in each plant generates a perimeter porch facades offers protection against the impact of the sun and rain and allows easy maintenance of the same from the outside while minimizing costs.
