The site, located north of the town, noted for its proximity Freser river, the mountain slopes surrounding the inner stream accompanied by large trees and a low density urban environment.

The modularity of the structure, spaces and construction, it’s the main tool for planimetric composition. The constructive economy will allow the change of dimension intended for educational area. The geometry of the gabled main section of different slope, is incorporated into the architectural and landscaping referents of the environment.
