Description

The building is structured around an interior-courtyard, which includes both units open to traffic from external users, nursing home, day center and access to the dwelling unit levels, as these general areas. This common area, the epicenter of looks, it is also the mechanism that ranks the overall center routes and gives the degree of interior lighting needed in this type of equipment.

The nursing home, which is in the next level of access has visual domain available on a second open outer space, consisting of the square next future and will allow an interesting game of transparencies.

The day center, given its functional characteristics is located in the innermost area of the center, but is also home to the relationship established between the central courtyard and the proximity of the garden belonging to conduct future cultural facility on the south side of solar.

The technical area or support that complements the areas of this level is organized around a third space located west courtyard, which contains those functions, morgue, kitchen, storage, laundry, energy center, parking, etc.. – that require exclusive use of the technical staff.

Three living units that develop in the upper levels are articulated around the control units that are located at the geometric center of the floors, establishing a dual circulation of technical applications and healthcare applications. At the confluence of this figure are grouped spaces, dining room and terrace, oriented to both the presence of the main courtyard and the view of the mountain range of Collserola, offered from these rooms.
