The project proposes the new Santa Eulalia Primary Care Center, a compact and “friendly” building with the surrounding environment.

It is located in a plot between buildings, leading to two streets with a ground floor that communicates them generating a relation of proximity and flexibility, as much for the pedestrians that arrive from old town, as for the private and / or public vehicles.

Both façades have the same formal language, but are particularized according to the situations of each one, as the solar orientation (passive protections) and the interior-exterior visual relations and adapting to the morphology of the neighborhood.

On the ground floor, the façade transparency gives visibility to the new equipment as a center open to all and communicated with the neighborhood, with the luminous perception of the inner courtyard.

At the level of the floor plants, the serial and vertical composition of the skin gives an integral image of the building and facilitates the flexibility of the interior distribution.
