VSA Offices reform in Sant Gervasi

The project is based on redistribute an existing commercial space located at Av. Pau Casals, nº22, 1st Floor, Barcelona. The building dates from 1940 and has a 13th urban classification. It consists of several buildings (horizontal division) and has a volumetry of PB + 9. It has a facade on Av. Pau Casals and the access is through the same avenue, from where you reach the vertical communication core. From the portal you reach the staircase and elevator to give access to the premises. The premises that are the object of the reform is located on the first floor, with one of the facades on the aforementioned street, and the other in an interior block where some of the rooms of the premises are ventilated. The offices have an area of ​​352 m2 and 60 m2 of common areas.
